Create a housing project presentation
Property & Built Environment consultant
BRIEF
Create a housing project presentation for a growing Dar es Salaam enterprise. The team needed a clear, maintainable result rather than a one-off presentation.
APPROACH
Mapped the audience and current workflow, documented constraints and prepared an early version for feedback. A focused review checked clarity, completeness and everyday use.
DELIVERABLES
Editable marketing layouts, enquiry tracker and handover notes.
HANDOVER
Organised editable source files, recorded assumptions and prepared a short operating guide. The result demonstrates the process and quality of the work; no unmeasured commercial impact is claimed.
