Create a learner onboarding journey
Education & EdTech consultant
BRIEF
Create a learner onboarding journey for a growing Gulu enterprise. The team needed a clear, maintainable result rather than a one-off presentation.
APPROACH
Mapped the audience and current workflow, documented constraints and prepared an early version for feedback. A focused review checked clarity, completeness and everyday use.
DELIVERABLES
A tested prototype, learning resource structure and administrator guide.
HANDOVER
Organised editable source files, recorded assumptions and prepared a short operating guide. The result demonstrates the process and quality of the work; no unmeasured commercial impact is claimed.
