Create a product import workflow
E-Commerce & Online Stores consultant
BRIEF
Create a product import workflow for a growing Kampala enterprise. The team needed a clear, maintainable result rather than a one-off presentation.
APPROACH
Mapped the audience and current workflow, documented constraints and prepared an early version for feedback. A focused review checked clarity, completeness and everyday use.
DELIVERABLES
A responsive implementation, sample catalogue and tested handover instructions.
HANDOVER
Organised editable source files, recorded assumptions and prepared a short operating guide. The result demonstrates the process and quality of the work; no unmeasured commercial impact is claimed.
