Our Gitega-based team is commissioning a focused project in ngos & social impact. We need to write a volunteer onboarding handbook and give our team a practical result they can maintain.

An outcome framework, evidence checklist and editable reporting pack. The work should be clear on a mobile screen, use consistent terminology and include organised editable files.
WORKING PROCESS
Begin with a short discovery session, confirm the inputs and share a written plan. Present an early version before detailed production. Allow one structured review and document agreed changes. Our point of contact will consolidate feedback.
YOUR PROPOSAL
